Fitness & Food in 1 Sentence? Crikey!

Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity” ~ John Fitzgerald Kennedy

How can we put these two words side by side when they are conflicting in nature but my buddy, Ian could rope these 2 words together and make them work in his book "Fitness Food Made Simple", which was launched during our recent Book Fair in March.

People with great gifts are easy to find, but symmetrical and balanced ones never ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

I know a lot of fitness experts that do not enjoy food but he's different and for that I salute his progressive, liberating and balanced fitness way of life. He makes others see that being able to enjoy your food and at the same time, being fit, is so human - we don't have to be a superhuman to be one but to have super strong will to change and be the change we want to be.

Congrats buddy!
